I really like the shoes but I have sent two emails trying to return them as they are too large and I'd like to get a smaller size. I have not been able to get anybody to assist me. Terrible customer service that undercuts the beautiful shoes you sell.
United StatesThe leather is excellent, the last is comfortable, and the insert in the sole is a very well-thought-out touch. I have worn these for about 3 weeks over asphalt, gravel, and even to a fundraiser that took place at an equestrian center, the shoes definitely don't need to be obsessively babied. Regarding customer service, Matt always answers phone calls to answer questions about the product or process requests, even simply talking to him about the behind-the-scenes process is enjoyable. Definitely putting in another order once some new suede models are stocked online. 5/5 by all metrics

United StatesHad a hiccup with sizing. The shoes generally run 2 sizes larger than normal but I the customer service was one of the best experience I ever had. Online retail is challenging with sizing but bomberos return policy, timely customer service replies and general friendliness made the process extremely seamless
